  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp light-brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 1/2 cups matchstick carrots
  • 2 1/2 cups broccoli florets
  • Rice (white or brown)

Instructions
