  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese (or feta)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear for about 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
