  • 1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs (room temperature)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Candy eyes for decoration
  • 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9 x 9 inch cake pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and dark chocolate chips together in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  3. In a stand mixer, beat eggs with sugar until frothy, then mix in the melted chocolate and vanilla.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; fold into the wet mixture along with extra chocolate chips.
  5. Spread batter evenly in the pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. Allow cooling before cutting into squares.
  6. Dip cooled brownies in melted semi-sweet chocolate mixed with coconut oil for coating.
