  • 1 cup butter
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, then stir in cocoa powder until combined. Let cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and foamy. Mix in the cooled butter-cocoa mixture and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling completely before cutting into squares.
  6. For decoration, pipe melted white chocolate onto each brownie in a spider web design.
