  • 16 Dutch carrots
  • 600 g regular carrots
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 can chickpeas (400g)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • Garlic
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Coriander
  • Spices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (425°F).
  2. Spread drained chickpeas on a tray. In another bowl, toss carrots with maple syrup, sriracha, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
