  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and reserve the icing.
  3. In a gallon-sized resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add the cut cinnamon rolls and shake to coat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  5. Layer the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan and drizzle with the butter mixture.
