  • 1/2 cup full fat sour cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 baking pan with aluminum foil and grease it lightly.
  2. Combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter; press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar and mix well. Incorporate eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla, sour cream, flour, salt, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
