  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup red apple vinegar
  • 32 oz beef broth
  • 2 lb small yellow potatoes
  • 1 lb carrots, cut into chunks
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (thyme, parsley)

Instructions

  1. Season the chuck roast with salt and pepper.
