  • 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream, room temperature
  • 1½ cups fresh peaches, peeled & sliced
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. For the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until moistened. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. For the cheesecake filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream; pour over the crust.
  4. For the peach cobbler topping: In another bowl, toss sliced peaches with flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle over cheesecake filling and dot with cold butter pieces.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
