  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 3/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Dairy-Free Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Flaxseed Egg (1 tbsp flax meal + 3 tbsp water)
  • 2 1/2 cups Diced Peaches

  2. Prepare the flax egg by mixing flax meal and water in a small bowl; let sit for about 10 minutes.
  3. Dice the peaches and set aside.
