  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 3 ounces tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 cup bone broth
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onions, celery, and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until tender.
