  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup pecans
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
  2. Chop apples and sauté with cinnamon, salt, and coconut oil for 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a food processor, blend oats, pecans, coconut oil, and honey until crumbly.
