  • 2 (4 oz) chicken or turkey cajun-style andouille sausage links
  • 1 lb large raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your gas grill to medium-high heat (425°F).
  2. Microwave potatoes on high for about 3 minutes; let cool and slice.
