  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp ancho chili powder
  • Corn taco shells
  • Avocado, diced onion, and fresh cilantro for toppings

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, ancho chili powder, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a resealable bag for at least one hour.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (425°F – 450°F).
