  • 2 large eggs
  • 45 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (filling)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, and salt; gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl and let rise for 1-1.5 hours until doubled.
  4. Prepare the filling by mixing softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread filling evenly, roll tightly from the long edge, and slice into 12 pieces.
  6. Place rolls cut-side up in a greased dish; cover and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
