  • ½ lb lump crab meat

  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp sherry or white apple vinegar (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pot, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.

  3. Gradually whisk in seafood stock and add tomato paste.
  4. Mix in cream, milk, paprika, cayenne (if using), salt, and black pepper; simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
  5. Add shrimp and crab; cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
  6. Stir in sherry or vinegar if desired; adjust seasoning.
