  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (Dutch process or unsweetened)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
